At Revylle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:
โœ… You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
โœ… The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
โœ… The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

๐Ÿšซ Returns NOT accepted if:
โŒ The product is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.
โŒ It is a non-returnable item (like personal care products, hygiene items, or customized products).


2. How to Initiate a Return?

๐Ÿ“ Step 1: Email us at support@revylle.com or message us on WhatsAppย ย within 7 days of receiving your order.
๐Ÿ“ Step 2: Share your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue.
๐Ÿ“ Step 3: Our team will verify the issue and approve your return.
๐Ÿ“ Step 4: A pickup will be scheduled, or you may need to self-ship the product.


3. Refund Process

๐Ÿ’ณ For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after return approval.
๐Ÿ’ฐ For COD Orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 4-5 business days.

๐Ÿ“ข Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.


4. Exchange Policy

๐Ÿ”„ If you want a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new product after receiving the returned item.
